Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of e-books by Raphaela Springer via the webpage www.esemtu.com to you. Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with
Raphaela Springer. By placing an order with Raphaela Springer, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

  1. Our Contract
    Your order is an offer to Raphaela Springer to buy the product(s) in your offer. 
    By placing your order you accept the immediate start of delivery of the ordered product.
    Raphaela Springer accepts your offer by sending an e-mail confirming your order (“Order Confirmation E-Mail”), which concludes a contract of sale between us for the product specified in the Order Confirmation E-Mail. You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Attached to the Order Confirmation E-Mail the invoice is made available for you in pdf-format. Furthermore the Order Confirmation E-Mail contains a link which authorizes you to download the e-book in pdf-format.
  2. Right of Cancellation
    As the delivery is started by placing the order to Raphaela Springer, you have no right of cancellation.
  3. Pricing
    All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
  4. Copyright
    All content included in or made available through the e-book you purchase, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of Raphaela Springer and is protected by German and international copyright and authors' rights laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through the e-book you purchase is the exclusive property of Raphaela Springer and is protected by German and international copyright and database right laws. You may not extract and/or re-utilize parts of the content of the e-book without our express written consent.
  5. Applicable Law
    These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
  6. Children
    We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may only use esemtu.com with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  7. Waiver
    If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.
